In 2012,?Frank, a postdoctoral fellow in mathematics from Harvard University, and two of his American colleagues, with the dream of helping American high school students enter?the world-renowned schools, established the CFE Private School in the United States.

In 2016,?due to family reasons, Frank together with Judy, brought the concept?of Harvard Education?to China and established CFE International Private School, CFE Sailing Academy (Strength Building and Background Improvement), and CFE Standard Exam?Project.
